To work on becoming assertive, is to learn to give importance to yourself so that you can then communicate your needs in a clear and loving way with others.
it is also asserting yourself with respect and love by expressing one's own truth
and being honest with oneself.
Through private sessions, we will work together to help you get in touch with your emotions, talk about them with love while taking responsibility in a way that respects your rights as well as those of others.
